SearchBlox is another search engine that offers clustering of search results on an out-of-the-box basis. You can index and search your own information. And present the results in a clustered manner. SearchBlox uses carrot to do the clustering.

I've been using Clusty (www.clusty .com) for a long time and it is my number one search engine. It gives results in clusters. Additionally, it offers another special free service: http://shakespeare.clusty.com/
